  • Better organization regarding administration or new regulations, with clear explanations and dissemination to all students to avoid confusion and improper assumptions
  • My advice as a student of the Faculty of Sharia:
  1. Information should be delivered transparently (not link within a link) as it disadvantages other students, not because of individual laziness.
  2. There are many miscommunications between lecturers and students. For example, the information on thesis title submission was not transparent—announcements were unclear regarding which semester it was addressed to and which semester was registering.
  3. Information is often delivered on short notice, so it would be better if everything is well-prepared before deadlines.
  4. Information should not only be communicated to insiders or students close to certain lecturers. In essence, please pay attention to disseminating any information made by the faculty properly. If necessary, hold seminars or technical guidance sessions. Honestly, this situation has been very difficult for students.
  • I have not tried all the services at the Faculty of Sharia, so I am not fully aware.
  • Sometimes the remote control for the AC and projector is missing, and the board markers are incomplete or even absent.
  • Timeliness for new announcements, especially for final-year students in the Islamic Family Law program, should be more effective.
  • No issues with UIN Malang staff, as their performance is very good and advanced. However, regarding lecturers, guidance letters for internships or other matters should be provided to all students, even though it is challenging to do so. It feels uncomfortable when lecturers are unkind to us. Further guidance is hoped for, and may everyone remain healthy. That’s all.
  • Hopefully, services and the environment will improve in the future.

The facilities at the Faculty of Sharia are very satisfactory and comfortable, especially in the classrooms with good chairs, functioning air conditioners that create a cool and comfortable atmosphere, cleanliness, fragrance, and overall excellence at the Faculty of Sharia.

Suggestions or Feedback

  • RKB Building, not all classrooms have properly functioning air conditioning.
  • Hopefully, things will improve in the future
  • Check the air conditioning in rooms again.
  • Parking facilities in Building D could be better organized.
  • My feedback regarding services in Building D: please pay attention. Sometimes the security personnel are uncooperative. For example, they don’t help students who struggle with parking or retrieving their bicycles. The security guards just watch.
  • Overall good, please continue maintaining the facilities.
  • Dedicated sports building for health enhancement, such as a gym for faculty/university.
  • The canteen could be more modern with additional seating and improved hand washing stations.

  • Please put up a sign that says “no double-locking vehicles” in the parking area of Building D, as it makes it difficult for other students to retrieve their vehicles.
